SHIPPING:

It is our goal to ship merchandise within 3 days of receiving your order.  Weekends, holidays, and unusually high order volume periods can cause slight delays in the shipping process.

PAYMENT POLICY

 We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, DiscoverCard. All transactions are completed on a secure server, thus your personal information to make online credit card usage as safe as it is in a normal business environment.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:

We accept any return for any reason as long as the items have not been used, laundered, or worn and is returned within 14 days of purchase with a receipt.  Merchandise that is returned for any reason other than a defective nature is subject to a 10% restocking fee.  All merchandise is throughly inspected before shipping; but if defective merchandise is received an email is to be sent to our customer service department at bdog@stjoelive.com within 72 hrs of receipt.  A return authorization number will be given for the return or exchange of merchandise.  A return authorizartion is manditory.

If you receive an item that is either defective or shipped to you by mistake, we will reimburse or exchange items returned and credit you for the cost of ground shipping.  just include the shipping receipt with the returned item.
